Open to Students, Young People and Professionals. Minimum 20 years of age at the time of travel.

Proficiency in English Language Required

Obtaining the necessary required travel documents is the sole responsibility of the participant. WTY assumes no responsibility for any situation or cost arising from missing or improper documentation. Minimum 6 months valid passport required.

Participants must inform before visa submission, any medical condition or disability of which WTY should be aware. All medications must be arranged by the participant and must not require any special attention.

WTY send emails / SMS notifications and bills for the payment. Please refer to the payment schedule found on WTY website and acceptance email. WTY management collects the payment prior to the postmark deadlines.

Based on availability, participants may register after the deadline. There may be an increase in costs associated with late enrolment. Participants who register after the payment deadlines must pay their dues at the time of registration.

Payments postmarked after the published deadline incur penalty charges. WTY reserves the right to cancel individual participants missing a payment after 3rd notification. Cancellation fees will apply.

Air Tickets will be booked by WTY management. Individuals cannot book Air Tickets for themselves.

Accommodations are based on 3 or 4 persons per room (Triple / Quads).

Security deposit is an amount payable by certain participants and will be refunded after they arrive back in there country. This would apply only to those applicants about whom WTY or EU partners have doubts and ambiguity. Once a participant returns back, he/she needs to report back to us with copies of their exit entry stamps and there security deposit will be refunded within 5 working days. Deposit amount ranges from 500 to 2500 Euros per person and calculated after reviewing their personal and supporting documents.

Cancellations can be made prior to Visa Application submission. Payments made for Processing Fee, Translation, Travel Insurance, Visa Fee and Consultancy Fee are Non-Refundable. Air Tickets are purchased in group and they are non-refundable. 40% of the total amount will be deducted from Transport, Hotel and Excursion payments. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing cancellations.

Cancellations / Withdrawal from the Tour is not permitted, 30 days prior to the tour. In case of visa refusal, 40% of the amount will be deducted from Hotel, Transport and Excursion. Air Tickets are purchased in Group and they are non-refundable.
